Marketing Executive Intern

Job Summary

This internship is for candidates interested in marketing, sales, and online bidding. You will learn how to work on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other online portals to generate leads. During the 6-month program, you will get practical training on bidding, client communication, project understanding, and proposal writing. Based on performance, this role may be converted into a full-time Business Development/Marketing Executive position.

Key Responsibilities/Activities:-

• Work on online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Identify potential clients and suitable projects for bidding.
• Write clear and professional business proposals.
• Assist in creating project estimates and understanding client requirements.
• Maintain bidding sheets and track project submissions.
• Communicate with clients via chat, email, or calls (if required).
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information.
• Support lead generation, research, and basic digital marketing tasks.
• Learn and follow company bidding strategy and guidelines.

Requirements:-

• Pursuing any graduation or completed BBA/MBA (Marketing) or any relevant qualification.
• Must have their own laptop.
• Basic knowledge of online portals like Upwork/Freelancer (added advantage).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand project requirements and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Internet research skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn marketing & business development.
