We are looking for an International BPO executive with good command over spoken English, to promote & carrying out direct marketing activites client’s products in UK and Europe market.
It is a UK based outbound process that involves contacting various businesses with relevant product information and collecting feedback & direct promotion of the products.Adequate product & business process training will be provided.
Brief Role Profile :-
- Direct calling to UK and Europe customers for promoting customer’s products.
- B2B calling process for building long term relations with regional retailers and wholesalers.
- Sorting filtering and collecting relevant data from various online directories.
- Day to day reporting of potential leads and feedback collected.
- Internal reporting and regular coordination.
- Responsible for other day to day operational activities as required.
Qualification/Skills Required:-
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Confident with sales oriented mind set.
- Excellent telesales etiquette.
- Professional attitude for working independently.
- Minimum graduate.
- Good knowledge of email/word/excel/ppt etc
- Team player and aptitude for learning.
- Candidate should have his/her own laptop/pc .
Experience Required:-
- Minimum 1-2 years of any outbound international process in BPO industry.
