Roles & Responsibilities:-
Generating leads from various freelancer portals and other online sources.
Shortlisting and bidding for projects online, and providing quotes to prospective customers.
Collecting data from the internet for potential customers.
Daily calling on CRM leads, introducing company services and taking detail from potential customers.
Emailing custom proposals to potential leads.
Following up earlier contacted leads, periodically, to convert them to opportunities, quotations and sales orders.
Negotiating product pricing and terms with customers while accepting sale orders.
Sanitizing the crm data from time to time to keep accurate data in CRM.
Providing product detail and custom quotes to prospective customers over phone and email.
Understanding customer project needs and replying, in consultation with development team.
Internal coordination for successful project execution.
Coordinating with the customer for any customer query or project status.
Building a long run professional relationship with existing customers for future business.
Participating in various marketing activities for lead generation and company branding.
Generating content online for promoting company services.
Looking after the monthly business target while maintaining short term and long term lead pipeline.
Maintaining data of all leads in company erp/crm.
Following internal HR rules and discipline in day to day conduct of business.
Contributing constructively into internal team work from time to time.
Keeping a professional attitude towards colleagues as well as a work approach.
Reporting on a daily and weekly basis to the reporting manager regarding current work progress.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Hands on experience on various freelancer portal like upwork, freelancer.in etc
Hand on experience on any crm/erp etc.
Good spoken and writing skills in English.
Adapt in Microsoft word, excel and ppt.
Minimum Graduate, MBA will be preferred
